Exterior Before and After

The owners of this home wanted to give it a fresh and brighter look before they listed it for sale. A body colour was chosen that would work with the brick on the front of the house. The rest of the house was given a more uniform look by painting all the trims, deck railings and fascia white.

The wood holding up the deck covering was changed from dark brown to white. The home owners were amazed by how much brighter it made the deck area and how much more light was being reflected back into their home.
