Condo Being Painted To Sell, B4 & After

The owners of this condo unit wanted to have it painted to resell. We were asked to paint the main areas with a neutral colour that would allow the condo to appeal to a wider range of buyers.

A lot of preparation work was done to make improvements to the walls and the trim work. The walls required a lot of patching and sanding to smooth them out. The baseboards and trim were caulked to create a seamless finish between it and the walls.

The colour chosen was a warm brown colour that complemented the flooring. The baseboards and door trims were done in a soft off-white colour.

The difference after the painting is remarkable. It is now presented as a warm, bright and cheery space that anyone could feel comfortable living in.
