Bathroom And Rec Room Repaint

The owners of this house chose a lighter and darker chocolate colour to accent the architectural features of the bathroom, laundry room and rec room. The walls and ceilings were done in the lighter colour and the beams in the darker colour.

The trim in the bathroom and laundry room was painted in white to tie in with the fixtures and existing white tile. While the trim in the rec room was painted out the same as the beams to create a mono-chromatic colour scheme.

The tile in the bathroom and rec room were able to be modified to work with the new decor. In the bathroom they added a new border tile in brown tones around the existing white tile. The tile above the sink area in the rec room was dark green, it was painted the darker chocolate colour and now works perfectly with the rest of the space.
